Simple Cleanup
Noticed the name on the project was wrong. (Toplink with 2 l's) When I imported fresh from CVS (Eclipse 3.1 upgrade) noticed the project dependencies were screwed - so I did some renaming. BigDecimal equals now works like Oracle - is scale insensitive.
