So is this still being worked on? I stumbled across it a little bit ago and I acatually really like it. Would hate to think its one of hundreds of games i've stumbled across way too late.

  • more places/stuff

Are there going to be more planets or places to go to? there should be. It seems like the game was too quick, and it didn't provide enough places to explore. there were only 5 places to explore. There should have been more like 15-25 or more. Also, the game shouldn't end right after Mephisto is defeated. Are the perks that aren't in yet going to be added in a new release? no-one has the...

  • More Places

I think that there needs to be more planets to travel to in Warp Rogue. I defeated Mephisto, and I didn't even get to see what he dropped, because it was just like, "Victory. certificate of honour written to honour.txt." That was it. I felt like I wasn't getting everything that i should have. If there are more planets or places to travel to, it would make the game much more interesting. Also...

Are you planning to add new worlds and races? Space travel? It would be extremely interesting.Loving the current version though.

I would like to take a moment to share my opinion of the game. I started looking for cyberpunk/scifi rogue-likes as research towards making my own, and I'm rather impressed with the quality of this one at first glance. However, as has been mentioned previously, once you've started a few characters, you become rather intimately familiar with the first couple sections - the mutant caves, for...

think it was too easy :0 and the quests were limited just when I got going the games finished. In reply to the above, you just have to pick the right quests first, like for initial characters just go to the mines and kill miners, when you got enough money get combat armour 1200g rating 7 and take out the gang on level 3 of the tower, they wont even damage you. For a really easy game pick the...

  • Team mates attack me

On version 0.8.0b, compiled from sources on Ubuntu 9.04. Shortly after entering Melkor Hive, one of my team mates starts shooting at me. I have been asigned the mission there, after resolving the mutant mines. I can provide a savefile if needed.

I don't get it. Shouldn't it be somewhat hard to die in the beginning of a game? You know, draw the person in... give them investment in their character and the game. If I can barely stay alive in the first five minutes, I just want to give up.

  • Fix honour certificate segfault

Code was checking character->weapon (which may be NULL) for attribute OA_JAMMED for every item in the inventory.

    >I can't play with npc friends. Whenever I recruit any, I start getting CTD's at random in combat, about 10%-ish chance per turn, let's say. Any idea why this might be happening? I've not heard of anyone else suffering from this. Others are experiencing frequent crashes related to NPCs, too. Unfortunately, there seems to be at least one critical bug in the related AI code which will...
