Time Scheduling Management System (TMS) is very useful for all the Sudanese Univerities because it provides high flexible features for managing and controlling the schedules of study for students in universities, it also flexible to accept changes that can occur in schedules for all colleges of the university that recorded during the academic year without an overlap in the specified times between these colleges.
