TMerge is a subversion code merge tool designed for working with ticket system. It can be used by developer, QA person to move code from one branch to another based on the ticket number in the commit message.
[Minor bug fix]: adjust the load sequence to let --man, --version, --help commands running.
Rewrite the configuration management part : Add tmconfig.py Add sample conf file and gmi conf file etc. Modify the log file naming (prefix project name)
