The Thetaworld MakeSite is already functional piece of dirty software. It is not yet furnished for the end users, but it can be well used by web developers or Perl programmers with knowledge of PostgreSQL. It uses Gedafe <http://isg.ee.ethz.ch/tools/gedafe/> for the database management and dirty Perl reporting program to extract and publish web area.
