TivoPod is a transcoding and podcasting agent which extracts content from the Tivo "Now Playing" list and serves it up as a video podcast for iPods, PSPs, and other portable media devices.

Option for the Catalog to mirror the Now Playing list. Identify platform with more granularity. Rebuilt the bundled linux FFmpeg binary statically. Added a step in the script generator to chmod +x. Updated transcoder-script.xsl to fix slashes. Fixed the stdout/stderr logs from the transcode jobs Updated the build process to detect JVM version. Added sample xml files for testing/debugging stylesheets. Added option to include subtitle in title. Load the video thumbnail on static thumbnail click. Updated the default TivoPod icon.

TivoPod Version 1 Release 1
This is the initial release of TivoPod. Most of the core functionality is present, including autodetection of a TiVo on the network, extracting content from the TiVo (provided the user has the Media Access Key), transcoding for the iPod, and podcasting the result. Catalog browsing of downloaded content is also supported, with Flash video "thumbnails" of the converted videos.
