Tiny Shell provides the minimum you need to implement shell facilities into a small system. For instance, add a shell to your embedded platform as soon as you can read/write bytes from the UART.

Under new management
The TinyShell project is in the process of being revived and updated. As the new management for this project let me take time to introduce myself. I am 'the-moog' and I have taken over administation and development of tinysh. I plan quite a few changes and enhancements, but don't want to stray too far from the original intention of tinsysh, that is to work on a minimal embedded system. If anybody uses or has used tinysh and would like to see certain changes, now is the time to put them into the plan.
