The menu entry for accessing the user manual does not work. If the user manual is not included in the tool, it is better to not show it.

Hi,
I have downloaded the application to create some English SKOS Thesaurus. The programme install itself properly but I have had issues trying to access previously created thesaurus. The main issue is either when trying to open from the selector or trying to save while updating a thesaurus.
Is this a known problem?.
