small but important changes to some of the tk and shell scripts. extra utility scripts and themeable witch galleries
TheWitchPackage-1.4 was released today. Mostly bug fixes, this package should be easier to install in more systems than any earlier version.
this release introduces themeable buttons for theWitch. Also, a simplified syntax for creating and editing theWitch panels. There are buttons for executing bash commands, starting a window manager, or switching to another panel. simplified instructions for installing theWitch, and how to configure, use, theme and customise your witch all in the README: file.
a new syntax has been invented to specify theWitch buttons much more easily. It also makes the scripts easier to read. new theWitch panels and themes are included. readme file has clearer install instructions.
This release contains bugfixes to the 3 dozen window manager install scripts. These scripts can make it easy to unpack, compile and install files downloaded from the internet. All you need is the appropriate .tar.gz (or whatever), the script does the rest.
Changes made to the scripts in the installers directory, plus the editing scripts I used to make the changes.
