Could someone please provide a means of accessing the CVS?

It seems to work fine for (Extended Wylie equivalent) hriH, hr-iH, but not hrIH or hr-IH. I've attached a screen shot from my home-grown Java Utility that shows the Extended Wylie (top text area), escaped unicode in Java literal notation (middle text area), and the string when rendered in Tibetan Machine Uni (bottom text area).
