I will indeed submit my modifications to the info@tecnick.com address so that they can be cosidered for inclusion on the official releases.

As for ensuring that "Any changes and improvements you make must be publicly released under the same license" Do I do this upon request e.g if someone requests my code I provide it or how else do I publicly release it under the same license?
