The problem was that i did't set the $emailcfg['SMTPSecure']. Now i set it $emailcfg['SMTPSecure'] = 'tls' and it works fine.

Check the following values:
$emailcfg['Mailer'], $emailcfg['Sendmail'] and all SMTP variables.
