A new package was added (tBuild::Extension) which can be used to create a sample Tcl extension. Also, a test script has been added (test.tcl) which tests tBuild, by creating a sample extension, compiling and loading the extension. It has been tested under Windows XP with VC++ .NET installed and under Redhat Linux 9.0, with Tcl 8.5 compiled from SF CVS.
