The Client installer registry options and their descriptions are now available in the Docs Section and on the Project Website: http://talosims.sourceforge.net/ConfigSettings.htm The Settings control how the Talos client looks and behaves when performing deployments and installations. The file describes the different options in the 0.5.x series of clients including how to use your company name and logo on the User Interface.

Release 0.5.09 is an interim release and includes a bugfix and support for both SQL server and MS Access databases. Please ensure you follow the correct setup procedure when installing and configuring Talos. Known Issues. ---------------- 1.1) Users of windows NT, 2000, XP may need to ensure the Talos installation folder has been set to allow All users that are expected to use the machine full file permissions for this folder. 2. Fixes. --------- Release 0.05.09 [Client Installer] 1) Fixed bug with obtaining Default Repository from server when no repository is specified in the Config. The Talos client installer is availiable for convenience in a Windows Setup Package. This package includes all binary dependencies but you will still need a database for the Client to connect to so you should download the Core Release too.

Work is now Complete on the MS Access Database support and is Included in the new release V0.5.09 Work is under way for a Deployment Administration Tool and a Full Dependency Installer Package.
The Talos Core (0.5) has been released and Consists of: * Talos Database Setup Scripts for MS SQL Server * Talos Client Installer (& Source) * Full Instructions on How to Install Talos and Create Deployments ----------------- Work is now under way for MS Access DB support and a Deployment Administration Tool.
