Synteniser: the visual synteny analyser
Description
Synteniser is an application for visual synteny analysis using an adaptation of the Smith-Waterman sequence alignment algorithm to work at the gene rather than the nucleotide level. Synteniser also includes BRH and pattern analysis algorithms.
