When files are scheduled for importation (and need transcoding), if the importation fails (device full for instance) the temporary transcoded files should be deleted (it is not the case for the moment).

Bug appears in the following scenario:
FFMPEG is absent, I try to transfer a MP3 file with unvalid bitrate or frequency, JSymphonic let me schedule the transfer, but when applying, it fails. After that I'm not able to try to transfer the same file again since it is listed in the 04PATLST.DAT file.

Well your request can be divided into two
1. Fill the player with random files, this is the purpose of the "Shuffle" feature which is already requested (see https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=1950039&group_id=190494&atid=933587)
2. Line command capabilities
I rename the request according to point #2 since the 1st is already requested.
