It would be great if you could add the voice VLAN number / name to the overview.
This can be done by 'walking' OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.68.1.5.1.

I like the "New option 1:" It would be very helpful and could even work for the csv version. Searching and sorting would be easy! And it could still be imported into a database, or could directly be used at a data source.

I too would like to see a linux version. I have a linux application that keeps all MAC and IP addresses in a database to watch for changes, but all of the data is gathered through telnet. While it works, I and others would prefer to gather the information through SNMP, and this application seems perfect for that.

Actually, here's an expansion on this idea.
New option 1:
Put all of the output in one spreadsheet tab, but add a new field at column A with the title "Switch Name". Each row has the switch's name in the "Switch Name" column. This allows easy analysis using Excel pivot tables or allows the spreadsheet to easily be imported into a database. This allows very fast summarization (like...
