Swatcher is the service checking program. It checks any number of hosts, supports ping, http, ftp, dns, smtp, dbms and imap checks, supports mail, sms, beep and console notifications, is highly configurable and extendable.
This is a feature and bug fix release. Added IMAP check and fixed bugs with mail notifications and syslog.

This is a feature release. Added DNS and SMTP checks. Made availability monitor more fency and configurable. Now if you do not supply smtp parameter in mail notifier it assumes that it is located on local host.
