Generates archives of dicussions on an IRC channel. It does so by connecting a bot to the channel. Therefore it is not dependent of a particular log format, it can easily record 24/24, and it lets users know that the discussion is being recorded.

Bugfixes: generated index now always contains all bytes; calendar now no longer has double weekdays. Removed --webprefix option (since the index.html is only relative "." to the logfiles) and only added --genIDX option.
