Immediately on open an error message appears saying "The procedure entry point GetTickCount64 could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.

Unable to assign analog joystick axis to throttle. Game window shows up on 2nd monitor. Cannot move game window or do anything else with OS unless you a) quit the game or b) use ctrl+alt+del and click "start task manager" to gain control of your mouse again (obviously you can tell this is a windows issue, if this was developed on a Linux system this would have gone unnoticed) Controlling throttle is key in a rally race and with the all or nothing system you're stuck with when using keyboard or joystick buttons this is pretty much a deal breaker for me. Otherwise it looks like an awesome game and has a lot of potential. Get the control system worked out and I'll try it again.
