Where is my stream capture??

Hi! I thought I redirected everything to the correct folder but I missed Streamripper. Once I caught my error I automatically changed the Streamripper folder destination but forgot to look at the default location - no I don't know where my first stream capture is. This should be an easy one - help??? What was the default location?

In Ubuntu, look for a directory in your "home" directory. (/home/yourusername/Desktop) folder. It's name will include the site where you were streaming from. In that folder are your streamed files if streamripper was able to spit them correctly.

Actually, it appears that where ever you start streamripper is where the folder containing the stream rips is located. So start streamripper from a terminal in /home/userid/Desktop then the folder with the ripped files (if any) will be found in /home/userid/Desktop/myStream.com.

If you start streamripper with "streamripper -d ~/myFiles" then the directory containing the files will be located in /home/userid/myFiles. Assuming linux or similar, of course.
