as i understand it, the name you place doesn't matter... the main thing is the satellite ID number in each of the TLE lines you use...
FWIW: the [+] item does carry some significance but not to the tracking numbers... there is (was?) at least one or two folk that placed satellite build (cube, cylinder, something else) and size (length, width, diameter, etc) info in the name line,

I added TRMM satellite
i have a doubt
need to add [+] at new tle7.txt like trmm [+] or is not important and only TRMM is ok.
and wich is the function of [+] added at the others ?

i check the tles of iridium official site NORAD and stellarium data, both exactly the
same, good, but when i check its flare accordingly exact heaven above's prediction
stella.
