Description

StavrUML (pronounced "stʌvrUML") is a set of applications created: to fix some StarUML's bugs; to recompile old code ideas in new Delphi's versions without any commercial components; and at last to born a new UML tool for new UML's versions.

    This program is more dead than the original StarUML.. the rumour behind and the fake wikipedia definition are insulting. This guy is just using the stolen commercial necessary modules (that made StarUML really NOT open source) to recompile and do some minor bug fixing. Not only it does not respect the intended mission, but it's quite illegal and for this reason should not be distributed. Shame on you!
