  Though no longer supported, this is the easiest to use UML tool I have seen. It's fast, the diagramming is easy and it appears to have all the UML constructs I know and use.

  Review a bunch of tools including M$-Visio and Rhapsody, but StarUML was better then most I could find... Hope project will get revitalize soon.

  It seems to be a great framework to develop UML & ER diagrams.
