  Though no longer supported, this is the easiest to use UML tool I have seen. It's fast, the diagramming is easy and it appears to have all the UML constructs I know and use.

  Despite its commercial competitors, this software does quite a nice job. Well maybe you can't expect everything but it is quite good at its level.
