StarterMud is a port of Rom24B6 that was setup to be compiled on windows using MSVC. Since then, I've ported Rot1.4 and also include a cygwin version of Rom24B6 with olc, mobprogs and color. The Area Editor for windows includes support for OLC w/mobprog
