This suite of tools is a powerful and robust package with useful features such as segmentation, registration, and computation of metrics. As it continues to evolve, it will provide many spinal cord imaging researchers the fundamental tools to analyze their data, and hopefully will help standardize this analysis across labs and across hardware platforms.
I installed the SC toolbox on an iMac running under Mavericks (10.9) without any trouble. After a few months using the toolbox, I can only say it runs perfectly and it's a very powerful suite of tools for processing SC MRI data. The segmentation/registration modules are very robust for multimodal registration and segmentation. The toolbox is very well documented, and troubleshooting very efficient !
I've only used some of the tools, but so far it's been absolutely great! Installation on Debian and OS X worked without any problems and I'm quite impressed by the results (segmentation, registration, etc). Thanks a lot for this, also for the helpful documentation and the quick support!
I installed the spinal cord toolbox on a Macbook running Mountain Lion and it works great. All of the packages installed and ran as expected. The segmentation, registration, and template / atlas functions work very well and are incredibly useful for creating masks that can be used for signal analysis. Well done. I look forward to using the rest of the package!
