Spicebird

How do I move all my Spicebird settings and emails, calendar, etc to a new computer?

Tks, I followed this thread and found my data in XP, but now I want to put it in Win7 and have tried copying it to ...{username}\AppData\Roaming\Spicebird but Spicebird doesn't pick it up and run with it.
