    Can someone give me some advice on what win32 app I can use to record from "line in" straight to a speex encoded file? (I'm trying to record phone conversations into a computer file.)

    RECMP3 does this, but (obviously) only to mp3 format.

    Audacity can sorta do it to mp3, but can Speex be used with Audacity?

    What don't I know?
