    Harry,

    Depending on how you are using the BSSID, this could be your problem. I am guessing that by now you have either resolved the issue, or thrown the card out of the window, but that's my only gut reaction to the problem. Since a BSSID doesn't need to be specified, I would try omitting it an seeing if your luck changes.
