Social Networks Visualizer (SocNetV) is a SNA tool. You can draw a network or load an existing one (Pajek, Adjacency, Dot, GraphML, UCINET, etc), compute statistics, such as centralities, and apply various layout algorithms (i.e. spring-embedder).
