  SOAWAMP which packs WSF/PHP (http://wso2.org/projects/wsf/php) 1.3.0 with The Uniform Server (http://uniformserver.com/) 3.5 has been released. This lets you take full advantage of the WS-* functions as well as REST support built into WSF/PHP without having to install anything on your computer.
