  Changed the configure script to use ncurses instead of termcap in its READLINE_LIBS variable (used by SME build). Changed exe/SME.in to remove several mistaken assumptions about the state of the filesystem the final SME script will be operating on. This should shore up a bunch of warnings and errors being thrown by the SME project, build, run, mconf, econf, and elog commands.

  Replaced broken Base/src/CString.h with cgnicholas' new and improved CString.h file. Fixed typedef problem in Base/src/DLnkList.h. Ran make distclean so you guys aren't getting a messy source tree.
