• Project Update October 2007

  The SmartTemplate project has a new project manager. "codeworxtech", aka 'Andy Prevost'. A new release is under way (v1.2.2). Version 1.2.2 will add some new functionality, fix a few bugs, extend the properties and methods, and maintain full PHP4 compatibility. There are also some major changes underway that will be released by November 1 2007. One of those will be a name change. SmartTemplate is such a powerful and flexible product - it needs clarification from the confusion with Smarty templating engine. We have had some ideas about a new name and the one that appeals the most, so far, is "QuickSkin". Please visit our forum and let us know your thoughts. Thanks, Andy.
