i have tried running seqHoundclient,
java -classpath ../lib/seqhound-3.0.jar:../lib/commons-httpclient-2.0.jar:../lib/commons-logging-api.jar:. SeqHoundClient

But i got the error:
The locuslink id for gi 4557225 is: Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NullPointerException
at SeqHoundClient.main(SeqHoundClient.java:33)
