• 0.2.2-alpha-6 Release in due course

  We are pleased to announce the 'due course' release of 0.2.2-alpha-6 SkratchPad. This distribution is based on the WordPress version 2.0.4 described as a security and bug fix release. http://trac.wordpress.org/query?status=closed&milestone=2.0.4 We have not added any new features to this edition. This is a FINAL final release before we move to beta status. Like any software of this type (alpha/beta) therfore this release should NOT BE USED IN A PRODUCTION ENVIROMENT, unless you dont value your data. ALL USERS ARE ADVISED TO USE THIS VERSION

• 0.2.2-alpha-4 Release Imminent

  We are pleased to announce the imminent release of 0.2.2-alpha-4 SkratchPad. This distribution contains a number of new features most notable are an upgraded TinyMCE editor with a powerful spellcheck option. We have also included the now 'standard' widgets plugin and the default themes updated to accomodate them. With 0.2.2-alpha-4 we have also started to incorporate additional plugins into the package so far these include lightbox, site-offline and footnotes. This is a final release before we move to beta status. Like any software of this type (alpha/beta) therfore this release should NOT BE USED IN A PRODUCTION ENVIROMENT, unless you dont value your data. ALL USERS ARE ADVISED TO USE THIS VERSION

  We are pleased to announce the immediate release of 0.2.2-alpha-3 SkratchPad. This distribution contains the default WordPress plugins, Inscript extensible scripting framework and Feedlist which displays any ATOM or RSS feed in your blog. We have also included (as an option due to size) the WP-SlimStat plugin. With 0.2.2-alpha-3 we have also started to incorporate additional features into this release that are not currently in the default WordPress distribution. This is a gap release as WP have commited some sought after changes ala tinyMCE 2.0.5. Like any software of this type (alpha/beta) therfore this release should NOT BE USED IN A PRODUCTION ENVIROMENT, unless you dont value your data. ALL USERS ARE ADVISED TO USE THIS VERSION
