Skipper is a powerful accessibility package for Linux which enables severely physically disabled people with many different conditions to make full use of applications that normally require good mouse and keyboard control.

Generalised to full ISO8859-1 character set. Increased choice of key chords for application and window manager control. Made scancodes an argument to skipvxd and install instead of a KeyOut attribute. Added Norwegian scancodes. Added Spanish scancodes. Added US scancodes. Added Furniture Mode Exit to start status displays when Furniture is not needed. Simplified installation and startup. Compiles cleanly with gcc 3. Simplified make with Festival Added skiprun script for simplified Skipper startup. Removed old debug code from system.cpp. Used -L/usr/X11R6/lib instead of -L/usr/X11/lib for platform independence.
