Will there be a new Version?
2.7 is a little old
at example:
Bug 2895868 (Problpem with -s) is solfed in the SVN, but not in the official 2.7
So with the official sispmctl you can not use the gemplug script ....
Thanks Werner.

Sorry, it is an Gentoo and not an sispmctrl-Problem
I make some test, and the Gentoo-Package is Version 2.6 and not Version 2.7
A new test with a self-compiled Version work o.k.
But .. The 2.7 Version say, that she is a Version 2.6 ....

When I use the "-s" there is a "buffer overflow detected"
But only the -s switch
1. System: Gentoo 64Bit
2. System: Gentoo 32Bit
On both System I test with the Gentoo Package (V 2.7).
On 1. I test a self compiled from the source too. There I get the Problem with the Trunk, but not with the in branches, but there is not the Output I need ...
The Log:

It seems like the problem is the device is broken. I'm going to return this device and if it turns out to be true close this bug-report.

USB set configuration could not set config 1: Timer expired
$ echo $?
254
The same happens with -g -f -o and with outlets 2, 3, 4, all. And the outlets all stay off. As I don't have windows I didn't test it with the original software.
I use Debians 2.7-1. I originally filed this in the forum[1]...

Hi,
A moment after the mac goes to sleep it immediately wakes up. When disconnecting the SIS-PMS USB connection the problem disappears.
Here is a similar thread regarding another device:
http://lists.apple.com/archives/Usb/2006/Nov/msg00005.html
Anyone know a workaround for this?.
