Stefan Becker's support is really amazing. After providing the debug logs, he was able to identify the root cause and helped fixing the issue within 2 or 3 hours.

Very good. I have been using it for years now, every day. Piding+SIPE provide more "professional" features than MS clients: buddy bounce, auto-replacement, easy history browsing.
