I'm happy to announce that Sinergia version 0.4.0 has been released. It's focus was on:
- improving error logging
- adding import/export case types feature
- fixing windows service restart problem (see http://help-desk-framework.blogspot.com/2007/03/known-sinergia-issue-opening-existing.html for details).

I'm not sure if this ever results in a crash since I've not run the application. But, during code-browsing I came over a piece of code that (to me) seems buggy:
In file HostServices.cs under Sinergia.WWF.Host, line #100 you have a check for null:
