This program is what the descriptions says it is. While it has limited interface and documentation, the learning curve to use it is short and shallow. This program allows for the addition of process, input/output, decision, and predefined process(subroutine) nodes, as well as directional, bidirectional or nondirectional connecting lines (all in black/white with labels). Flowchart dimensions can be resized in pixel units on the fly. Completed flowcharts are saved as xml files.
