Cleaned up the code a lot, added more error checking, organized things some more. Put the ftp connection stuff in the class, made it easier to put a timeout function in it so it doesn't hang forever on connections that mess up, which was happening with xmms Fixed smms, put it in the http section, the ftp just would NOT work for some reason Fixed a typo with procinfo and its url, not sure if I messed that up with the code clean up or if it was always that way gnu no longer tries mirrors on its own (may change later, but the way I did the ftp connection in the class broke the old way that I used) added a gnu and sourceforge mirror setting at the beginning of the script Fixed a problem with mysql Fixed a regex error with fluxbox *thanks jesse* Added libxml2 Added libxslt Added audiofile Added pango Added atk Cleaned up the check list Made the program used to download files customizable. Any console program that can accept a url as an argument should work, gui programs may work as well, who knows, it was made with wget and lynx -source in mind Fixed a bug with rupdate's own version information when using --version arg
Bugfixes. Shouldn't endlessly retry a connection. Few regex fixes. Fixed a possible bug in interactive mode. (still not well tested)
New release coming soon, made a few small mistakes in 0.7. Finally made it so it wont endlessly retry connections, it will give up on the 3rd attempt and continue to the next program. Added an interactive mode so it can ask if you'd like to download a new release of an app. Other small bugfixes/cleanups, just needs some more testing
