    Hello, I am trying to convert a dataset from Ats77 to Nad83, I have the proper grid shift file and I beleive I put it in the proper place, I also set the Enviroment details. I am in Nova Scotia.
    When I use the tool, my data is 100's of meters away when I input the Northings and Eastings.
    I am using Windows Xp, I have much data to convert and am getting nowhere...PLease help.
