    Ten years into using Shorewall, I have found that with it's compiled rules and Shorewall-lite on edge nodes, that this is simply the best and easiest way to implement what is now called a Software Defined Network (SDN) firewall for zero dollars and a little effort.

    Powerful firewall with iptables :)
