I will begin to offer binaries built with PAR. For those of you not wishing to install Tk and such.
Hi all, Many of you who bother to look here are wondering what this program is, so I will give you a bit of detailed info. Its wrtitten in perl with the perl/tk packages. Its a GUI replacement for tools like swaret and such. Its a beta currently, but it does work there are alot of features I plan to add. It will be soon able to preform all the functions tools like swaret do, including dependency checks. Right now just the basic package adding and deleting are there. I want to add the abilitiy to have it extract, configure, make and make install apps from source too. As well as be able to track what source installs install and be able to remove it and update them and the system itself. As of right now, basic package adding and removing work, as well as detecting if a user is running as setuid to root or not. Try running it as a normal user, you'll see what it does.
