    For anyone who needs it, the solution I have found is:
    Start - Run - gpedit.msc
    'Administrative Templates' - 'Network' - 'Network Connections' - 'Windows Firewall' - 'Standard Profile' - 'Windows Firewall: Allow remote administration exception' and enable it for your ip address/subnet.
