PCGen v5.16.2 RC1 fixes a number of bugs that have been reported since the 5.16.1 production release and has also incorporated the Pathfinder RPG data set previously distributed as an individually downloaded data set. For a full list of changes see the Release Notes:

PCGen v5.16.2 is a stabilisation release for the 5.16 line. We've fixed a number of bugs that have been reported since the 5.16 production release. We've also made a few performance improvements. See release note for a list of all changes in PCGen .16.1:
