Hi Peter, I tried to sent this by mail, but it came bouncing back. The gmx address failed... I try to compile sfftobmp on a recent arch linux system. This means kernel 3.4.4, gcc 4.7.1, boost-libs 1.49.0 and libjpeg-turbo 1.2.0. The configure script runs and make stops in the middle of the process. Was this lib replaced in newer boost versions? Any ideas? Maybe you can help me out of here. If we get this running I would like to update the AUR package for archlinux which is currently broken.
