Error on unpacking EXE file

    Maybe someone wants to have a look at this exe file:

    Brings lots of Data Errors:
    Extracting [verify-U]-avs.dll Data Error
    Extracting [verify-U]-kss.dll Data Error
    Extracting [verify-U]_Software.dll Data Error
    Extracting libeay32.dll Data Error
    Extracting tools.dll Data Error
    Extracting $PLUGINSDIR/AccessControl.dll Data Error

    Maybe it's just a small thing (the $ in the filenames? is this a common problem?) Thouhg, while 7z says the files are lzma packed, it doesn't really tell me anything about the filetype/packing software.
