7-Zip 4.59 alpha 4 was released.

7-Zip for 32-bit Windows:

What's new after 7-Zip 4.59 alpha 3:
- Some internal changes.
- New localization: Kurdish Sorani.

Don't use this alpha version for important data. Call "Test" command after each compressing operation.

Some of the changes:
- .ZIP opening is faster.
- 7-Zip File Manager now shows progress box when you open archive.
- Some speed optimizations in archive type detection.
- .Z archive support was improved.

In many new betas/alphas and last release :-( the dialog window for type password to encrypt and decompressing archivfile doesnt come to top of screen.

It really slow when open all compress files. (rar, zip ,7z, etc) Around 3-4 secs that archive exist.
Run with WinXP SP3 3300.

Write more details about that problem.

OK. See this video. When i open zip file, it didn't exist in taskbar. (around 3-4 secs)

can't confirm, but I believe, there can be a problem.

I've an issue when opening some archive, that reqires some time to open it. In that case 7-zip shows dialog box with progress bar. In 50% cases that dialog box makes file manager window to go to background (lost focus). Confirmed an issue under Windows 2000 Pro. To reproduce issue try to double click any archive file in Windows Explorer with ~100-1000 files in it (opening that archive should reuire some time, but < 1 s, I guess). To fix an issue, I think, delay before showing dialog box should be increased.

Added:

Right click an archive -> Test... => in 50% cases dialog box is shown in background (lost focus). Please fix.
Another workaround. Maybe it's better to make these dialog boxes non-overlapped windows(always on top)? How do You think, Igor?
