Open Source Log Rotation Software

This is a Windows implementation of the logrotate utility found in Linux platforms. The goal is to use the same command line parameters and files as the Linux version. If you are going to give a negative rating, please take a little extra time and explain why. I want to improve the program as much as possible, but I need feedback. Thank you!
